External Storage

External Storage

You have two options for where to save the sprite file, which are application storage and external storage.

Internal Storage

This is the default. This is the private storage of the app and is only accessible within the app. By default, your sprite files will be saved here and can only be managed in Resprite's gallery and cannot be viewed through file management programs. If you uninstall the app, the sprite files stored here will be deleted by the system.

External Storage

The second is external storage, which is the local public storage on the device and can be accessed in the file manager.

If you want to enable external storage, go to Settings->General->Manage external storage. Users are required to manually authorize the app for this permission.

This means you can access your sprite files in the app, and can also find them through file managers. If you uninstall the app, the sprite files stored here will not be deleted.
