New
- New: When stepped mode is enabled in Material Color Sphere, the profile mini menu can append the current stepped representative colors to a new palette row from dark to light.

-
New: When multiple layers are selected in the timeline, the global eye toggles only the selected surface layers. Single-layer selection keeps the original toggle-all behavior.
-
New: Added Selection Follows Symmetry Tool in Canvas settings. When enabled, rectangular, elliptical, freehand, and magic wand selections create mirrored selections from the active symmetry axes.

- New: Added the Layer Styles system with a non-destructive Stroke layer style.
- New: Added a hard-edged Shadow layer style with horizontal/vertical offset, size, and color controls, casting from the post-stroke outline.

Improvements
- Improved: MoonPX palette links can now import remote GPL palettes directly. Opening
moonpx-palette://<numeric ID>downloads the official GPL file and prefers the palette name declared inside the file. - Improved: Selection stroke color and symmetry line color are now grouped in Canvas settings, and the Symmetry Tool floating toolbar settings button opens Canvas settings directly.
- Improved: Refined Material Color Sphere with new base color update modes, cleaner profile menus, and more consistent stepped color picking across material and color workflows.

Material Color Sphere base color update modes
- Improved: Timeline layer rows now use one layer effects marker for changed opacity, blend mode, or layer styles instead of separate icons.
Fixes
- Fixed: Brush Library mini menus now use a full floating-window modal blocker, so tapping the window header, action bar, empty area, or another brush only dismisses the menu instead of triggering underlying buttons, brush selection, or canvas interaction.
- Fixed: PSD export no longer writes the temporary global eye state into layer visibility; layered files now use each layer's own eye state only.
- Fixed: Symmetry handle dragging now skips unchanged position writes and no longer treats short reverse-direction drags as taps, making symmetry axis adjustments more responsive.
- Fixed: 45° left and right symmetry tools now reset to the selection center when a selection exists, instead of incorrectly returning to the canvas center.
Changes
- Changed: Trial export watermarks now appear in the bottom-right corner with a simplified design, reducing obstruction of the main artwork area.
