How do I export a layered PSD file?
Select the frame you want to export, then choose PSD in the export menu. The result is a layered file for that frame.
- Select the required frame in the timeline.
- On desktop and Android, open Menu ▸ File ▸ Export ▸ PSD. On iOS, choose PSD in the export menu.
- Save the file and open it in the destination app to check the layers and appearance.

What does the PSD retain?
It retains supported layers and groups, names, opacity, blend modes, each layer's saved visibility, and image-layer clipping masks.
What changes or is omitted?

Keep the .resprite original. If you need a layer style's appearance in the PSD, duplicate the project and rasterize the style in the copy before exporting. The PSD guide explains visibility and compatibility in more detail.
Can I import a PSD too?
Yes. Import the PSD, check the converted layers, then save a .resprite working copy. Saving that project does not overwrite the PSD, and Photoshop-specific features may not convert fully. See PSD import and export.
