How do I move layers in the timeline?

To reposition a layer, press and hold the layer name until it lifts, then drag it up or down to the desired slot and release.

For multi-layer moves:

1. Open the layer menu and enable Multi-select.
2. Tap or click each layer you want to include.
3. Long-press one of the selected layers to enter drag mode, then move the group together.

Dragging a layer onto another layer creates a new layer group containing both layers—use this as a shortcut for grouping.

Frames follow the same gesture. Long-press a frame header, then drag it left or right to relocate it along the timeline.***
