With a movable canvas selection, Shift + arrow keys move the selection before navigating frames or layers. Canvas copy/paste works with pixel content; use timeline menus to copy whole cels, frames, or layers. See Copy and paste content.

Touch gestures

Touch gestures and Apple Pencil actions have their own settings. See Gestures for taps, long presses, and pressure actions, and Canvas for panning, zooming, and rotation.
