Premium is missing on another device. How do I restore it?

Google Play

  1. Confirm you are signed into the same Google account that bought premium.
  2. Force-close Resprite, relaunch it, and try Restore Purchase again—the Google receipt service can take a few attempts to respond.
  3. Sign out of the Play Store and sign back in to refresh licences.
  4. If it still fails, try again on a different network. Contact us with your order receipt if the status does not sync after repeated attempts.

iOS

  1. Verify the App Store Apple ID matches the one used to buy premium.
  2. Make sure the device has network access, enough storage, and sufficient battery.
  3. Connect via a different network (for example, a hotspot), force-close Resprite, then reopen it and tap Restore Purchase. The app also checks for receipts automatically on launch.
  4. Download any free app or sign out and back into the App Store. This refreshes the device receipt cache and usually allows the restore to complete.
